"Received excellent customer service"
I wish I had the name of the lady who provided me with excellent customer service today at the Talbots Lynnwood Alderwood Mall in WA. You know who you are. Extremely willing, very pleasant to assist with my purchase beyond the ordinary service. Went out of her way to get me available sizes of a hard to find outfit. People like her, are rare. Thank you for your wonderful service. You SHINE! Luv ya, Pat

Why are the hours awful for your stores. it is christmas and the stores close at 5 pm by me and sometimes did not open on the weekend.
